Returns & Refund Policy

This Returns & Refund Policy outlines our refund practices for Deific Beauty products. Please read this carefully to understand when refunds are available, how to request one, and what to expect.

1. No Customer-Initiated Returns

All purchases are final sales. We do not accept returns for unopened, unused, or change-of-mind purchases. This is because:

        Skincare products are personal-use items

        Cosmetics cannot be resold or restocked once opened due to hygiene and safety

        Unopened products cannot be verified as unused before opening

If you're unsure about whether a product is right for you before ordering, we recommend reading the product description carefully, checking the ingredient list, and contacting us at care@deificbeauty.com or WhatsApp +91 9251175214 to discuss your skin concerns.

2. When We Offer Refunds

We will refund or replace your product in the following situations:

2A. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged, leaking, or with manufacturing defects (discoloration, unusual texture, etc.):

        Reporting Window: You must report the damage within 24 hours of delivery

        What to Provide: Clear video of the damaged product and packaging, plus your order number

        Resolution: We will send you a replacement product at no cost OR process a full refund (product cost only) if you prefer. You can choose which option works best for you.

        Timeline: Replacements ship within 2-3 business days. Refunds are processed within 7 business days of approval.

2B. Allergic Reactions or Adverse Skin Effects

If you experience an allergic reaction, severe irritation, or adverse skin effect after using our product:

        What Qualifies: Visible redness, swelling, burning sensation, itching, hives, or any reaction that appears shortly after using the product

        What to Provide: Clear photos of the reaction on your skin, your order number, and when/how you used the product

        Dermatologist Note (Recommended): If the reaction is severe, we recommend visiting a dermatologist and sharing their assessment with us. This helps us understand what happened and assist you better. If you provide a dermatologist's note, we will expedite your refund/replacement.

        Resolution: We will provide a replacement product or full refund (product cost only) at your preference, depending on severity. All costs related to medical consultation or treatment are the customer's responsibility.

Important: All skincare products carry a risk of allergic reaction. Before using any new product, we strongly recommend conducting a patch test on a small area of skin 24 hours before full-face application. If you have sensitive skin or known allergies, consult a dermatologist before use.

3. Refund Amount

For all approved refunds:

        Product Cost: Refunded in full

        Shipping Cost: Not refunded. Customers bear the cost of shipping (whether prepaid free or COD charges paid).

Example: If you paid ₹799 for a product with free shipping (prepaid) and received a damaged item, you will be refunded ₹799. If you paid ₹849 for the product + ₹50 COD shipping charge and received a defective item, you will be refunded ₹849 (not including the ₹50 shipping).

4. Refund Processing & Timeline

Once your refund is approved:

        Processing Time: 7 business days from approval

        Refund Method: Original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, digital wallets)

        Bank Processing: Additional 2-5 business days may be required by your bank to reflect the refund in your account after we process it

Note: You will receive email confirmation when your refund is processed. Please allow 10-14 business days total (our 7 days + bank processing) for the amount to appear in your account. Do not initiate a chargeback or dispute if the refund hasn't appeared immediately—banks take time.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for damage, defects, or allergic reactions:

        Step 1: Contact us within the required window (24 hours for damage, immediately for allergic reactions)

        Step 3: Include: Order number, photos/ videos of the issue, description of what happened

        Step 4: We will review and respond within 24-48 hours with next steps (replacement or refund)

6. Ineligible Refund Requests

We will NOT process refunds for:

        Change of mind or dissatisfaction with results (if product is unopened or used)

        Damage reported more than 24 hours after delivery

        Allergic reactions from ingredients listed on the product (customer should have checked ingredients before use)

        Use of product beyond the recommended amount or frequency

        Products mixed with other skincare products that may have caused the reaction

7. Non-Refundable Fees

Shipping costs are non-refundable in all cases. If you placed a COD order and paid a shipping charge, that amount will not be refunded even if we replace your product or issue a refund for damage/defects.

8. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank without first contacting us:

        We may deny your refund request

        We may restrict your access to future orders

        Banks may impose fees on our account

9. Refund Disputes

If you believe your refund request was incorrectly denied, you can escalate by providing additional evidence or documentation. Disputes will be reviewed within 10 business days, and we will provide a final decision.

10. Changes to Refund Policy

Deific Beauty reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted with an updated "Effective Date." Your continued purchase after policy changes constitutes acceptance.
