This Shipping Policy outlines how Deific Beauty ("we," "us," "our," or "Deific Beauty") processes, packages, and ships orders to customers across India. Please read this policy carefully to understand our shipping practices, timelines, costs, and what to do if your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to:
• Mainland India only (all states and union territories except Northeastern states, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, and Lakshadweep)
2. Shipping Costs
We offer two payment methods with different shipping costs:
• Prepaid Orders (Card, UPI, Net Banking, Digital Wallets): Free shipping
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless your order is cancelled before dispatch or you receive a damaged/defective product (see Section 5 for details).
3. Processing & Dispatch Timeline
Order processing:
• Prepaid orders: We begin processing within 24 hours of payment confirmation
• COD orders: We begin processing within 24 hours of payment confirmation
Dispatch:
• Most orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days of processing. You will receive an order confirmation email with dispatch details.
4. Delivery Timeline
Expected delivery:
• Normal periods: 5-7 business days from dispatch
• Peak seasons/holidays: 7-10 business days (e.g., during Diwali, festive seasons). We will notify you of extended timelines during peak periods.
Business days:
• Delivery timelines are calculated in business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays). Weekends and public holidays are not counted.
Please note: These are estimated timelines. Actual delivery may vary based on location, weather, local events, and courier partner capacity. Deific Beauty is not liable for delays caused by external factors beyond our reasonable control.
5. Shipment Tracking
We provide shipment tracking updates via email and WhatsApp. You will receive:
• Order confirmation with order details
• Dispatch notification with estimated delivery date
• Delivery status updates as your package progresses
Our shipping partner is iCarry.in. For specific tracking details beyond what we provide, you can contact us via email or WhatsApp.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or with manufacturing issues:
• Report within 24 hours: Contact us immediately with videographic evidence of the damage
• What happens next: We will either send you a replacement product at no cost or process a full refund, whichever you prefer
• Replacement timeline: Replacement products will be shipped within 2-3 business days. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of approval.
To report damage, email us at care@deificbeauty.com or message us on WhatsApp at +91 9251175214 with:
• Your order number
• Clear video of the damaged product and packaging
• Description of the damage
7. Lost Packages
If your package is reported lost by our shipping partner:
• We will file a claim with iCarry.in immediately
• The claim process typically takes 15-30 days
• Once resolved, we will either send a replacement product or process a refund
Important: Report lost packages to us immediately upon noticing the delay so we can file a claim promptly.
8. Delivery Refusals
If you refuse delivery or the package is returned to us due to:
• Address not found
• Customer refusing delivery
• Customer not available for multiple delivery attempts
You will be responsible for the return shipping cost (borne by courier or deducted from refund). Deific Beauty will process a refund only after the package is returned to our warehouse and verified as unopened/undamaged.
Refund processing may take up to 10 business days after receipt of the returned package.
9. Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address during checkout. Deific Beauty is not liable for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by you. If your package is delivered to the wrong address due to an error on your part, we cannot retrieve or reship it without you bearing the cost.
10. Special Requests (Split Shipments, Gift Wrapping, etc.)
We currently do not offer split shipments, gift wrapping, or personalization services. Your order will be packaged as a single shipment and delivered to one address. If you need special handling, please contact us before placing your order to discuss possibilities.
11. Packaging
We take great care in packaging your products to ensure they arrive safely. All products are packaged in protective materials to minimize damage during transit. Our packaging is eco-conscious and recyclable where possible.
12. International Shipping
We do not currently ship internationally. Deific Beauty products are available for delivery within mainland India only.
13. Changes to Shipping Policy
Deific Beauty reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated "Effective Date." Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
