1. Product Information & Availability

We strive to provide accurate information, but we do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or images are completely accurate, current, or error-free. Deific Beauty reserves the right to correct any errors and change product specifications without prior notice.

Product availability is subject to stock. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time. If a product is unavailable, we will notify you and offer alternatives or a full refund.

2. Product Allergen Warning

IMPORTANT: Our Hyperpigmentation Corrective Face Serum is designed for oily and combination skin. As with all skincare products, this serum may cause allergic reactions or skin sensitivity in some individuals. Before first use, conduct a patch test on a small, inconspicuous area of skin and wait 24 hours to assess tolerability. If you experience redness, itching, burning, swelling, or any adverse reaction, discontinue use immediately and consult a dermatologist. If you have known allergies to any ingredients listed, do not use this product. Pregnant or breastfeeding individuals should consult a healthcare provider before use.

3. Cosmetic Product Disclaimer

Deific Beauty products are cosmetics intended for external use only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Results may vary based on individual skin type, environmental factors, and consistent use. The claims made about our products (such as targeting pigmentation) are based on cosmetic formulation and user experience, not medical efficacy. If you have a skin condition or medical concern, please consult a dermatologist.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice, but such changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.

We accept payment through trusted payment gateways. All payment transactions are processed securely. By providing payment information, you warrant that you are authorized to use such payment method and that the information provided is accurate.

Payment must be received before order processing. We reserve the right to cancel any order where payment fails or is not confirmed.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Costs: Free shipping is provided on all prepaid orders. Orders placed via Cash on Delivery (COD) will incur an additional shipping charge, which will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase.

Delivery Timeline: We aim to deliver orders within 5-7 business days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery timelines may be extended in case of unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, logistical delays, force majeure events). We are not liable for delays caused by our shipping partner or external factors beyond our reasonable control.

Delivery Address: You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Deific Beauty is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by you.

Damage in Transit: If your product arrives damaged or defective due to shipping, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with videographic evidence. We will replace the damaged product or issue a full refund at our discretion.

Lost Packages: Deific Beauty works with trusted shipping partners. If a package is reported lost, we will file a claim with the shipping provider. Once resolved, we will provide a replacement product or refund. This process may take up to 30 days.

6. Returns & Refunds

Return Eligibility: No products can be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Refund for Defective Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will replace it or issue a full refund without requiring the product to be returned (at our discretion).

Allergic Reactions or Adverse Effects: If you experience an allergic reaction or adverse skin reaction to our product, we will replace the product or issue a full refund upon verification. Please provide videographic evidence and, if possible, a dermatologist's note confirming the reaction was caused by the product.

7. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order before it is dispatched from our warehouse. Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of order placement. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must proceed to delivery. Full refund will be processed for cancelled orders within 5-7 business days after cancellation is confirmed.

8. User Conduct

By using our website, you agree not to:

•        Infringe on the intellectual property rights of Deific Beauty or third parties

•        Harass, threaten, defame, or abuse any person or entity

•        Transmit viruses, malware, or any code of harmful nature
